Our organic beef is from the Welsh Black. A native British breed that has fantastic flavour. The meat is well matured and hung on the bone for a minimum of 21 days, as a result do not expect the colour to be the same as you would find in a supermarket. The meat is very dark in appearance, has a superb marbling texture, is extremely tasty, and is so tender it cuts just like butter. All of the meat is butchered to order in my hand-picked, Organic-only, farm and packed on the day of despatch. My mouth is watering just typing this!
