The pork is sweet tasting, has a lovely dark texture, is very tender, and extremely succulent. Our pork is from Tamworth Duroc crosses, which combine the sort after flavour of the traditional Tamworth breed with the greater consistency and confirmation of the Duroc. The pigs are hung in a temperature controlled environment, and then cut to meet your orders. These pigs, allied to the skills of our supplier's butchers have won a number of awards, to such an extent that at a blind tasting (dinner party) arranged by the Green Digest and featuring Organic Meat from 23 leading suppliers, the overall winner and best product tasted was the very Pork Chops that we supply.
